This partnered restorative retreat between Yogisal, Foodie Jac and nutritional therapist Kaye Osborne is exclusively for women and includes Intuitive based yoga, targeted nutritional advice on balancing weight and hormones for improved physical and emotional health – supported by vegetarian based meals prepared with love by our own in-house-cook. All food allergies catered for.
Join Sally-Ann, Jac and Kaye for a unique experience which will help you to develop a passion for self care, through kind, thoughtful yoga and balanced nutritious food specially prepared to embrace current nutrition advice and guidelines for optimum women’s health.
Sally-Ann’s ‘Awakening the Spine’ workshops are an interpretation of the intuitive based yoga practice inspired by Vanda Scaravelli lineage teachers. This practice teaches an intelligent approach to yoga which helps to strip back postural conflict within the body to restore natural movement and promote emotional and physical well-being. This practice is particularly powerful in managing back and other joint pain.
