Establishing a home-based Yoga practice doesn’t have to mean rolling out
your mat every day, setting aside a particular amount of time or having a set
routine – it can simply evolve from making a decision to start with a couple of
basic movements and giving a little more time to breathing and feeling….
During November I will share some familiar movement practices – something
different every day, inviting you to move, focus on breath and mindfully tune
into how each practice feels. Together over the course of the month we will
build up a basic catalogue of thoughtful movement investigations, to open up
a more meaningful line of communication with our bodies and breath and to
potentially inspire a regular, self-motivated practice.
